KEELMANÂ’S WAY AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
     
     
     
Our clubs are staffed by a dedicated team who are fully qualified, experienced and friendly. We are committed to meeting the needs of all individuals that attend our clubs and all of our activities are fully inclusive. In After school club children and young people can access a variety of resources and activities supervised and supported by club staff.
     
     
     
Our clubs all run from Monday – Thursday.
4.30pm – There is an option for an early swim on Monday and Tuesday– children need to be picked up by parents and carers.
5pm – Those staying in clubs until 5pm are provided with a snack and drink according to dietary requirements. They are also provided with transport home. (If they attend KeelmanÂ’s Way School).
6pm – Those staying until 6pm are given tea. Children and young people staying for tea need to be picked up by parents and carers.
CLUBS TO CHOOSE FROM
YOUTH CLUB – Runs after school until 5pm/6pm Monday- Thursday. It is aimed at older children and young people.
FUN CLUB – Runs after school until 5pm/6pm on a Tuesday and Wednesday. It is aimed at younger children.
Examples of activity choices in clubs – Art and Craft, Bikes, Soft Play, Sensory Room, Movie, Hub free time (computers, Wii, music, colouring, board games), Sports Hall (sports equipment, balls, games, parachute, dance)
When the weather permits we will offer outdoor play as a choice. When the weather is not appropriate and if it is too dark outdoor play will not be able to take place.
SWIMMING CLUB
Monday (younger ones): swimming runs until 4.30pm/5pm and is for younger children aged 11 and under.
Tuesday (older ones): swimming runs until 4.30pm/5pm and is for children aged 12 and over.
SENSORY CLUB
Runs on a Wednesday after school. We use the sensory room and sensory garden and take part in a variety of sensory activities.
DANCE CLUB
Runs on a Wednesday and is for all age groups. Our dance teacher teaches a variety of dance styles.
Children and young people choose what they want to do each day from the range of structured and unstructured activities.
BOOKING
If your child is attending clubs booking must be made by the Friday of the week before in order to organise transport and staffing.
PRICES
5pm – If your child is staying until 5pm the cost is £8.
6pm – If your child is staying until 6pm the cost is £11.
